Introduction: Using Human Placental Derived Allographs are implemented in Chronic non- healing ulcerations of the Lower Extremity
Methods: By weekly debridements and weekly applications and proper wound hygiene saw decrease in size of wounds
Results: By incorporating PDA-,Placental derived allografts- and with early application and radical debridment , saw quicker healing in all wounds
Discussion: Radical Debridement and early application of advanced skin substitutes can decrease wound size, hence decrease infection rate, decrease hospitalization and decrease readmissions rates of patients with chronic diabetic foot wounds.
